This Women's History Month reading resource is full of reading comprehension, reflection, and templates for dynamic read alouds focused on women's contributions to our world. This resource celebrates Women's History Month by highlighting diverse, brave, creative, ambitious women throughout history.

There are before, during, and after reading questions for each book that can guide your discussions. You can also have students respond in small groups, partners, or complete a written response for any of the questions in the product.

This resource can be used in many ways!

Option 1: Read aloud each book in person, or search the book title to read aloud via audio book on sites like youtube, and guide the students using the before, during, and after questions provided.

Option 2: Read aloud each book in person, or search the book title to read aloud via audio book on sites like youtube, and add in your own questions that the students can answer using the before, during, and after spaces provided.

Option 3: Use the template slides to add your own read aloud covers, and include questions that the students can answer using the before, during, and after spaces provided.

All of the books featured in this activity can be found on YouTube as audiobooks by clicking the book cover. You can also feel free to navigate to another read aloud on a different site of the same story, or of course, if you have a copy of the book, read it to your students aloud.
